‘Reveal The Steel’ – my brand new program is now available!

Reveal The Steel - now available!

After a year or more in the making and a team of 20+ ‘beta-testers’…

Reveal The Steel is finally available for immediate purchase over at the Reveal The Steel website.

I’m really happy with the end result, and I think you guys & girls will be too.

It’s been well researched and referenced, and most importantly it’s been personally tested by myself.

Check it out >

Some of the highlights in Reveal The Steel…

  • The foods that you can eat year-round whilst still being able to maintain your physique (yes, you can eat chocolate, icecream, cake and EVEN drink alcohol if you adhere to a few basic principles).
  • My list of ‘must-have’ foods and supplements.
  • Intermittent Fasting: How to approach it and some of the pitfalls (especially for women).
  • I’ve even included the exact method I use to get ‘photo shoot ready’ (over 14 pages in itself).

Workouts for women

Just in case you were thinking this was a ‘male only’ guide — well it isn’t :)
The entire training course was defined in collaboration with Janelle Waters (Holistic Lifestyle Practioner from NESH) who specialises in female training programs as well as at-home workouts.

I also go through common training myths and misconceptions

#1 Why there’s nothing wrong with skipping meals (yes, even breakfast).
#2 The danger of relying on supplements.
#3 ’Starvation mode’ what it is and why it’s a myth.
#4 Why women won’t ’bulk up’ and ‘get big’ if they train with weights.

There’s also plenty of training methodology…

#1 I’ll talk about goal setting and rep ranges
#2 Compound, isolation, machine and free-weights: When it’s best to use which.
#3 Training to failure and it’s pitfalls
#4 The HGH Flush and how to use it effectively
#5 Circuits, weights or cardio: What’s better.
#6 My stance on ‘abdominal training’
#7 How many days you need to train to see results.

Easy to follow diet and nutrition information

#1 How to calculate your requirements of protein, carbs and fats as well as your macronutrient intake.
#2 How to calculate the right amount of protein for building lean muscle.
#3 The effects of alcohol and how to incorporate it into a ‘fit and healthy’ lifestyle.
#4 The ‘Good’, ‘Not so good’ and ‘Sometimes’ food choices and how to implement them.
And much, much more…

Reveal The Steel 4 Stage Program

Easy, color-coded training system with a total of 15 routines that run over 18 weeks…

15 routines over 18 weeks of training!

Included in this 150 page book is an intense, but easy to follow 18 week training program. It’ll introduce you to a simple, colour-coded ’Stage System’ that will lead you right up until you’re ‘photo shoot’ ready (if you want to be).

Each routine is under an hour in length

I’ve personally tested every single workout to make sure you’re in the gym for no longer than an hour. Quick. Effective. No messing around.

I’m pretty excited about this release

I truly believe Reveal The Steel is an easy-to-follow training guide that anyone looking to get in serious shape will benefit from.

So check it out, and let me know what you think…

Great job, Clint. This was an Awesome read with good info. 150pages of usefullness, took me a while but I got through it! Looking foward to doing this after my phase 3 VIMB. I really like some of your muscle building approaches in the book.

    • http://crudefitness.com Clint Nielsen

Awesome Jason. Love to see your progress when you start the training.

      • Jason

Yup, will do. After I finish this cut in one month, im doing this. What I really like the most is the work out layout and the diet section. I learned alot from this, really anxious to start.

        I’ll keep you posted.

  • Jason

Sorry Clint, quick question: If im just coming off of Visil Impacts phase 3( density/fatloss phase), what stage in your program would I start in? Based on the layout of the stages, woud I start in Stage 2?

    Thanks.

    • http://crudefitness.com Clint Nielsen

Good question – I think starting from the first stage would be optimal as it concentrates on ‘Strength’ predominantly. VIS IMP phase 3 involves a lot of short-rest and high volume work.
The change-up to RPT in Reveal The Steel with heavier loads and longer rests just might be what your body is looking for (you can always give it a go and fast-track the stage if you find it ist working for you).

  • Tin

So what exactly is the difference between this and visual impact?

    • http://crudefitness.com Clint Nielsen

      Hi Tin,
Too many to list in this response, but it’s vastly different to other programs out on the market in many ways from diet/nutrition information, myth-busting detail right down to how the Stages and 18 week program is setup.
I’ll be posting how the Stages come together in a post in coming weeks.

  • Dieko

Thanks for the info! I have bought it and I will post my results next month!

    • http://crudefitness.com/ Clint Nielsen

      Look forward to it!

  • Mike

    Hey Clint – quick question.
I recently read an article from Rusty  RE breaking the myth on post-workout nutrition. I’m wondering what your take is on this and if you cover pre- and post workout nutrition in your eBook.

In particular, Rusty says racing to get the carbs and protein in post-workout is not necessary, and that an the sought-after insulin spike (simple carbs within 1 hr) can be detrimental to growth. He focuses on a balanced meal about an hour after eating and refers to the tightness one can achieve post workout / not eating. He references surfers on the beach who are active all day, eat little and remain shredded. You’ve likely read that article.

Anyway, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. I love the unconventional no bs approach that challenges mainstream (supplement pushing) pap. It’s a struggle at times to find the truth in between.

    • http://crudefitness.com/ Clint Nielsen

      Hey Mike,
My thoughts lie in a similar area. I don’t have the research at hand (due to being out of he country on the road) but I believe that protein synthesis occurs 3 hour or more after training making an initial post workout feed not completely desirable.
