The Crude Fitness Intermittent Fasting Challenge update and a bunch of other stuff

Intermittent Fasting Challenge Update

Howdy folks,
I know it’s been a bit quiet around these parts the last 2 weeks. I don’t want you to think I don’t give a f*ck about you all, because I really do - I’ve just been overly busy with ‘life’ stuff.

Swearing, blunt analogies and bald heads aside, I’ve got some stellar new articles (and hopefully an interview) in the works and will be unleashing them onto the unforgiving interwebs next week.

Intermittent Fasting Challenge update

Ok, so it’s been just over a month since a bunch of you jumped onto the Eat-Stop-Eat or leangains band-wagon. How are you fairing? Got any pictures to share? Feel free to comment and link the sh*t out of them in the comment section below.

Crude Fitness Singlet

‘Crude’ would be an understatement…

Crude Fitness training tees

You may have seen me post a link on the Crude Fitness Facebook page to a vest/singlet/t-shirt I’ve had printed for Crude… These are at the moment entirely hand made until there is an actual demand for some real ones. Never fear, they will arrive down the track. But until then, just keep wearing your normal gym-wear and think sexy thoughts.

I’m thinking i’ll likely be giving some away to my awesome subscribers at the end of this month (it is my birthday next week after all). Sign-up to the mailing list top right if you want in.

Peace and love,
Clint

Great results so far, 2 weeks in, I’ve lost 19 pounds while defenitely building strength.

My Stats before this approach – 5’10 220 pounds – waist 34 inches – 185 pound bench, 95 pound push press, 225 pound squat and 235 pound deadlift.

Current stats: 206 pounds – waist 32 inches – 225 pound bench, 135 pound push press, 245 squat and deadlift.

Currently I am using t-nations iBodybuilder program (Legit, for very ifast hypertrophy), it specializes on a different body part each week and the first 2 weeks are on shoulders. I am now moving into the leg portion. (The program focuses on training the nervous system in addition to providing volume for the hypertrophy) When I feel like it, which is usually 2 times a week, I jog for 45 mins while on biotest’s hot-rox. (When I jog, I make sure its at a rate where I can easily maintain my pace for the full 45 mins, but I still get a nice healthy sweat going). Im also doing lats, biceps and p90x’s ab ripper x on monday, wednesday, and friday.

In terms of diet, I am NOT really counting calories, though most likely I should. I have a meal of starch based carbs and protein directly following a workout, then I have a meal of veg carb and protein, and finally I have a meal of protein and dietary fat to end my feeding phase. I never mix dietary fat with pure starch based carbs.

Have pictures, Will be taking more as I progress through the program.

Srry my starting weight was between 223 – 226 pounds, so I used 225 as a basis.
